Although Paul J. Hilton has been selling books in Cecil Court for nearly twenty years he confesses, "I still have not decided what I am going to specialise in". This means it's always worth a browse as you never know what you might find among the shelves. Broadly speaking, English literature and history form a large part of the stock, with a wide selection of poetry and novels; High Anglicanism flourishes in the religion section elbowed by Catholicism and Puritanism, leaving travel and science to find what space they can. Books in French and Latin add to the diversity - and the element of surprise.
