This literary gem stocks lots of really quirky publications as well as the normal run of books. Everything about this shop encourages you to browse. Primrose Hill is an area where many writers, artists and media-folk live so you can expect to see local authors' works displayed in the window – and the odd local author browsing the shelves. You can rummage through piles of beautiful book covers and most likely you’ll find one copy of an amazing out of print book that you’d given up hope of finding. Being in Primrose Hill, there is heaps of actually fairly intelligent books on health, inner peace, spiritual awareness and dieting - all the sorts of things that the locals practice. Owners Jessica and Marek ensure there is also lots of fiction in addition to the raft of cookery, travel, art and children’s books stacked on the shelves. The pretty back streets of Primrose Hill are best taken at a slower pace and this bookshop is the perfect place to linger.
