The Rocket's director Jonathan Stephenson has exhibited photographs by such well known names as British Martin Parr and Danish snapper Keld Helmer-Petersen whose pictures were shown at the gallery as part of a 'Danish by Design' exhibition, alongside vintage pieces by fellow countryman and furniture designer Poul Kjaerholm. Rocket, occupying a former tea warehouse, is conveniently sandwiched between Liverpool Street with its high rise office blocks and the popular bars of Hoxton. Speaking of bars and Hoxton trendies, you find both without leaving the building - at the T bar downstairs where you can rub shoulders with advertising types... achingly hip ad agency Mother's loft-style offices are also housed in the same building.
