Art exhibitions, films, poetry and live world music events are regularly held at St Ethelburga's Centre. Weekly concerts are mainly staged on Friday nights (doors open 7pm, admission £10) showcasing professional musicians, poets and dancers from areas of conflict or religious significance to share their culture. You can usually chat with the performers after the show over a plate of food. Prayers are usually held at 8:45 on Mondays, 11:00 to 15:00 Wednesdays and 12:00 to 14:30 on the first Friday of the month.
