Go to www.fitnessfirst.co.uk or call 0870 898 80 80 to find your nearest gym and sign up for a free one-day gym pass. Various membership types - such as gold, express, platinum, off-peak, student, corporate or over 55s - means keeping fit has never been easier. All gyms offer a range of classes and well trained enthusiastic personal trainers ready to push you to your limits.
