Having undergone a ?31 million makeover, the Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex is a state of the art sports centre with a wide range of athletics and sporting facilities. These include a 400 metre running track, overlooked by a covered grandstand, floodlit astroturf pitches, a gym, badminton courts, basketball courts, sports hall and not one but two swimming pools - an Olympic sized indoor pool and a fully refurbished 1903s outdoor lido formerly known as the Uxbridge Lido.
