Bankside Pier is located next to the Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and close to Tate Modern. From Bankside Pier a hop-on hop-off circular cruise operates during summer and riverbus services run to The O2 Arena and Woolwich Arsenal. The pier is owned and operated by London River Services Limited, a subsidiary of TfL (Transport for London), who run eight passenger piers on the Thames between Millbank and Greenwich.
