Victoria Coach Station is the destination of many long-distance buses arriving in London. Buses leave from here to destinations all over the UK and Europe. It's best to book your tickets by phone or on-line before you get there to avoid queuing for up to an hour. Coaches are by far and away the cheapest way to travel around the UK. If you're going to a major city the cheapest option is to travel on the Mega Bus with fares as low as ?1. The coach station is just a few hundred metres from Victoria Railway Station which has access to the District, Circle and Victoria Underground lines, as well as mainline services heading to Kent and Surrey (South and East).
