This state-of-the-art flagship branch of Barclays at Piccadilly Circus, opened on 18th December 2008, has more in common with an Apple Store than a boring old bank. Open seven days a week, the vast branch, covering 8,000 square feet, has an impressive amount of technology, a foreign ATM dispensing dollars and Euros, as well as open cashier counters - gone are those impersonal glass screens dividing customers and staff.
