London boroughs
London is not so much a city, as the world's biggest village. - Or if not a village, then 33 small cities, each with their own governments, schools, centres, suburbs, and proud sense of identity and history. Each borough has a member of parliament who votes in the national government, and a local council that collects taxes and provides essential services.
