London's newest family-friendly festival likes to think of itself as a great gooey melting pot of fun, bubbling over with comedy, cabaret, art and outstanding music. This year Adam Ant, Lianne La Havas and Noah and The Whale bring the music to Victoria Park
, whilst Sean Lock and Phill Jupitus ensure there is no shortage of laughs. The little folk will be kept busy with the enchanting House of Fairy Tales, Penguin books tent and an array of jubilee village fete games. Bellies are to be filled with high-end cuisines from the award-winning Venn Street Market - Argentinean empanadas, Creole fishcakes and big British hog roasts should do the trick - whilst their very own sell-out Apple Cart Ale keeps spirits high. The Apple Cart
is a vibrant addition to the London festival scene, designed to bring out the child in us all.
