Tanto el Big Ben como la Tate Britain se encuentran a un paseo. El diseño fino y contemporáneo se caracteriza por la presencia del cristal y los acabados cromados, y el moderno restaurante tiene una terraza a pie de calle para disfrutar de una cena «al fresco».

Providing “what it says on the tin”, this “beautifully designed”, “modern” venue with an “inviting feel” might be a “bit of a walk” (10 minutes) from the nearest Tube but its location “near the river” means the Tate Modern and Westminster are “almost on your doorstep”. A visually “interesting” venue with modern art in the lobby, rooms are “sparkling clean”, well-equipped with “everything needed” and “tidy”, although some feel “overlooked”.

Lovely hotel in queit and safe location only a mile to the london eye and london aquarium.The comfiest bed EVER and amazing powerful walk in shower... warm cookies given on arrival and complimentary bottles of water. The staff were more than helpfull with anything needed and would definetly stay here again! Highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay!  |

A perfect site if visiting the west end and theatre land as only a short journey in a cab, which are always waiting out front by the way, or even just a 20 minute walk down past the houses of parliament and in the shadow of Big Ben etc....The hotel is a very clean and contemporary environment and the room was perfect, especially with the inclusion of free use of the in room iMac which was brilliant!! ... My stay was short and I did not use the restaurant but I'm more than sure it would be too a standard given by the rest of the hotel..... I would happily recommend this hotel to all!! ...Perfect stay! Chippy ;) |

I love this hotel, the only thing I disliked was
housekeeping disturbed us twice in the morning and
I had a late checkout which reception should of told
them about. Apart from that is was a good
experience once again. |

I booked a double room and was given a twin bed. This was
quickly changed when I rang reception however I felt that it
was assumed that because
I was a single person I could be palmed off with a twin.
There was a notice where the iron should be saying that the
irons were in the process of being changed and if you needed
one to call housekeeping. Not good enough for a hotel that
likes to consider itself as luxury.

Exceptional room and facilities, the staff were extremely friendly. especially in the bar where they made a point of having a proper conversation with us and showed a genuine interest So much better than the London Hotels we have stayed in previously will definitely come again. |
