How can I be sure that my accommodation will be of good quality?
Most London hotels are rated on a scale from 1-5 stars. The more stars awarded to an hotel, the higher the quality and greater the level of facilities and services provided. Stars are an indication of quality and are designed to give you confidence in the hotel you book. LondonTown.com is working together with London’s finest hotel brands, therefore quality and a high standard of service should be expected. The Independent establishments have all been individually selected and personally checked for the quality of their fixtures and fittings and customer service.
Are good quality and low prices guaranteed?
LondonTown.com is London’s most popular tourism website and as such has significant buying power to deliver the lowest prices and best availability on a wide range of London’s finest hotels. LondonTown.com is able to offer you the best prices based on a unique supply and demand system. LondonTown.com has access to special offers directly with the hotels without using intermediaries or travel agencies.
Is there a hotel shuttle service to and from the hotel?
Hotels located near London airports offer shuttle services. Details can be requested directly from the hotel once your booking has been confirmed. There are good transport links from the airport to the hotels.
Is it easy to get from the airport to my hotel?
Most hotels featured are centrally located, providing easy access to all London airports.
Is car parking available?
This will vary from hotel to hotel. Normally there will be at least one of the three following car park options available. On-site car park: Enabling you to park your car directly outside the hotel property. Valet parking service: The hotel will provide a car parking service for your car. Nearby local car park: Public car park located near your hotel. Car parking is not free with any of the above options and normally costs between 20 and 40 pounds for 24 hours. More details can be obtained from the hotel, once the booking is confirmed.

How do I reserve my hotel room?
With the hotel brands, you can reserve your hotel room in five fast and simple steps: 1. Make an initial online search for the dates required. 2. Compare the special hotel offers available for these dates. 3. Choose the deal that suits you. 4. Complete the online booking form. 5. Keep a copy of your booking confirmation. With the Independent hotels you have 4 simple steps: 1. Make an intial search and send an enquiry to chosen hotel. 2. Receive price and availability offer. 3. Complete booking form and send back to hotel. 4. Receive final confimation from hotel with a confirmation email.
Why do you need my credit card details?
Your credit card details are usually only necessary to secure and confirm your booking. Once you have entered your credit card details and completed the online booking form on LondonTown.com, you will receive a confirmation which contains your booking confirmation number. Your credit card is not usually charged at this time and your account will be settled with the hotel directly when you are there. If a deposit is required this will be stated next to the rate before you make your booking and confirmed in the confirmation.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
LondonTown.com has put in place a number of security measures to protect your personal details and credit card information. In addition to the site’s security certificate, issued by Thawte, you will be reassured to know that all personal and payment details are encrypted to ensure confidential transmission.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
By booking with LondonTown.com you will usually not be required to pay a deposit in advance to confirm your booking. If a deposit is required this will be stated next to the rate.
How does the discount scheme work?

Are the prices quoted per person or per room?
All prices quoted are calculated per room.
Will any taxes be added to the room price?
All rates are given in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of tax (VAT will be added at 15% at the end of the booking procedure). The total cost shown at the end of your booking includes all the taxes.
Do I need to book in advance?
We would recommend booking as early as possible, as the earlier you book, the better the deal we can offer you.
What are the different room types available?
A double room has one large bed suitable for two people to share; a twin room has two separate, single beds. Some four and five star hotels in London do not offer single rooms but may suggest a double room for a single occupancy. A Queen or King room has a larger double bed for two people.
Can I request adjoining rooms?
This request can be made directly with the hotel once you have a booking confirmation number. Most hotels will not guarantee adjoining rooms but will put a request down for you.
Can I request non smoking rooms?
This request can be made directly with the hotel once you have a booking confirmation number.
Is breakfast included in the price of the room?
This will vary depending on the hotel selected, but in general all hotels serve either a Continental or English breakfast. If breakfast is included in your room rate, it will be clearly indicated on the booking form. Alternatively, all hotels offer an a la carte breakfast selection.
Will it be easy to get around London from my selected hotel?
Most featured hotels are situated in Central London with easy access to London Transport public services.
What do I do if I am unhappy with my room?
In the first instance, you are advised to discuss your concerns with a member of hotel staff, who will be able to respond to your comments. However, we are keen to get feedback from customers of LondonTown.com and appreciate being informed of any experiences – whether they be positive or negative! All comments will be acknowledged and we will make our best endeavours to reach a satisfactory solution, on your behalf, with the co-operation of the hotel in question.
Cancelling a Reservation
How many days in advance do I have to cancel my booking?
The cancellation terms vary depending on the rate booked. You can find the cancellation details displayed next to the rate selected. This information will also be included in your confirmation email. However, apartments all carry a 21 day cancellation period.
How does the cancellation process work?
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so at LondonTown.com/cancel before the time stated on your confirmation. In order to complete a cancellation, you will need your confirmation number as listed on your booking confirmation form. This number will enable you to cancel your booking quickly and efficiently.
Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
You will not be charged if you cancel your booking within the given cancellation period. A cancellation fee, equivalent to one night’s accommodation, will be applied if your booking is cancelled after this time. If a deposit has been paid this will not be refunded.
Confirming a reservation
Will I receive written confirmation of my hotel booking?
You will receive written confirmation of your booking, via email, immediately after your booking is completed. This email is automatically generated by the hotel with which you have placed your booking. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact: customerservice@LondonTown.com straight after the booking process via email. If you have selected not to receive email confirmation then you will receive confirmation in the method that you have selected.
Airport Transfers
Making a transfer booking
What is the difference between a shared and a private transfer?
Private Transit: With a private transit your driver will meet you at the airport, your group will be the only passengers in the vehicle and you will be delivered directly to your destination. Shared Transit: With a shared transit your driver will meet you at the airport, but the vehicle will be carrying other passengers. You will be taken to your own hotel but the driver may drop off other passengers first.
Do I need to be staying in a hotel?
You can take a private transfer to or from anywhere in Central London, not just hotels. If you are staying at a private address just enter the words “private address” into the field which asks for your hotel name. A shared transfer cannot go to a private address, it has to be a hotel.
Payment
When will I be charged for the transfer?
Your credit card will not be charged until 72 hours before you arrive in London. Your credit card details are kept on a secure server and only made available to the transfer company 72 hours prior to your arrival. If you cancel your transfer within the allowed cancellation period, then your credit card details will not be released to the transfer company.
Changing my transfer arrangements
What if my flight details change?
You can change your flight details any time up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. If you need to make changes to your booking within this time, please contact the transfer company directly and notify them of the change to your itinerary. They will take your new details into account and notify you of any change that may apply to the cost of your transfer. What if I change my hotel in London?
It’s no problem if you decide to stay in a different hotel in London. The transfer company will take you almost anywhere in Central London so long as you give them sufficient notice. For details on how to change the details of your transfer, see the section below entitled “How do I change my transfer details”.
How do I change my transfer details?
In the confirmation email which was sent to you there is a link to your LondonTown inbox. You can use this to make changes to your transfer booking. You can change the date of your arrival, the date of your departure, and your incoming flight details. If you make any changes here the transfer company will be notified immediately.
Cancellations
How late can I cancel my transfer?
If you need to cancel you transfer for any reason you can do so for free any time up to 48 hours prior to the time of your transfer. Cancellations are not permitted within 48 hours of your booking and the transfer company reserves the right to charge you the full amount of the booking within this time period.
What is the cancellation procedure?
You can cancel your transfer booking by visiting http://www.LondonTown.com/cancel and entering your surname and your booking reference number.

How can I send different items in my order to different people?
At present LondonTown.com do not offer the service of multiple mailing addresses for one order. If you would like to send gifts out to different addresses, you must make separate purchases.
Why do I need the confirmation email?
This contains the details of your order and confirms that your order was successful. It is important that you check the confirmation email carefully and notify us of any mistakes straight away. Any cost incurred, due to mistakes that you did not tell us about may be charged to yourself (the customer) if: a. the mistake/error was present on the confirmation email and b. the error was a result of incorrect information provided by yourself (the customer). Please keep the confirmation email until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are sure that you completed your order successfully and you did not receive a confirmation email then please contact us at customerservice@LondonTown.com.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Delivery Issues
Do you accept international orders?
LondonTown.com welcomes orders from all over the world. Ordering internationally will affect delivery time so you are advised to take that into account when making your purchase.
How much do you charge for delivery?
When you fill out your online order form you will be asked to select a shipping option.
What if my gifts don’t arrive?
If your order has not arrived within the period stated at the time you ordered, you should forward a copy of your order confirmation email to customerservice@globalvision.com and one of our customer services team will check the status on your order for you.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my gifts if I am not happy with them?
Yes, gifts can be returned for any reason and a full credit will be given as long as the following conditions are met: 1. The goods must returned within 30 days of their receipt 2. The goods must be returned in original condition 3. The purchase confirmation number, customer name and address are included with the returned goods.

Ticket Collection
How do I collect my tickets?
Your tickets will be ready for you to collect at the venue box office half an hour before the performance on the night in question. The credit card number or switch card number with which you make your online ticket purchase acts as your booking reference for the transaction and ensures that no one else may collect your tickets from the box office. You need to bring the card with which you made your online purchase to the venue when you collect your tickets.
Booking Fees
Why do you charge a booking fee?
The Booking Fee is charged by the ticket vendor. When you purchase your ticket through LondonTown.com you are actually buying it directly from the ticket vendor, and there are no additional fees added to the cost of your ticket by LondonTown.com.
Why does the booking fee vary for different shows?
Different shows are produced by different theatre companies and venues which all have different policies regarding ticket prices and booking fees. This affects the way the ticket price is calculated by the ticket vendor. You never pay more for purchasing your ticket through LondonTown.com.
Cancellations and Refunds
Can I obtain a refund on my theatre ticket?
The ticket vendors do not allow refunds, transfers or exchanges. Please make sure you are aware of this prior to making your purchase.

Can I skip the queues?
Yes, at selected attractions marked in your guidebook, you go to the prepaid ticket desk where the operator will swipe your card in a special reader and you will be shown straight through. Certain attractions have "timed" ticketing. Please consult your guidebook before you visit the attraction.
Does The Pass come with a guide book?
Yes, the London Pass comes with a handy 160 page Guidebook packed with information about each attraction, maps and helpful information about the city. It comes in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and Japanese.
Is there any benefit in buying the Pass now?
If you purchase the London Pass now through this site then you get the option to have your order shipped to you before you travel. You can then start using your London Pass as soon as you arrive in the city. Each London Pass is valid for 12months from the point of purchase.

The more you see the more you save. But remember, you only need to visit a few attractions before you start saving money.
Which Pass offers the most savings?
The longer the pass duration, the better value for money. The 6 day London Pass is our most money saving, working out at just £19 a day! That’s cheaper than entry to London Bridge Experience, London Zoo and the Tower of London!
Is there a discount for groups?
Unfortunately not. The London Pass has been specially created to help visitors save both time and money through the use of product. Please Note: groups of more than 10 may not be allowed access at some attractions included on The London Pass.
Is there any discount for families/students/pensioners?
The London Pass is the same price for all adults and offers substantial savings and benefits to everyone. Children are aged between 5 and 15 years. Children under 5 years are free.

Does The London Pass have attractions suitable for children?
There are over 40 attractions on The London Pass that specifically cater for families and children.
Are the attractions accessible all year round?

What are the normal costs of the attractions?
The entry costs for all attractions vary and range from £2 to £16.95.
Does the pass include all of London's attractions?
The pass includes over 55 attractions including Tower of London, Windsor Castle, St Paul's Cathedral, ZSL London Zoo and HMS Belfast.

How much does it cost?
The cost of a London Pass varies depending on the duration, pass type and whether you opt to include an Oyster Travelcard. Note: the longer the duration, the better value the pass.
If I order online how do I receive The London Pass?
You can receive a voucher by email and you can also take a print out of your final transaction which you take along to the London Pass Redemption Centre, 11a Charing Cross Road, London, WC2H 0EP, where you redeem your voucher in exchange for your London Pass and travel card. Can I buy The London Pass when I am in London?
Yes, The London Pass can be purchased at any London travel information centre located at all the major railway and underground stations. But it will not contain the travel element so it is recommended that you purchase in advance online.
How do you define a child?
Children are aged between 5 and 15 years. Children under 5 years are free. Note also that accompanied children under the age of 11 travel free on the London Underground.
Transport
How does the Oyster Travelcard work when you have The London Pass + Travel?
The Oyster Card is an electronic travelcard designed to facilitate journeys across London on the extensive transport network. The Oyster Card will come pre-charged with a credit value respective to your London Pass duration, and can be used at any time of day, any day of the week. Your Oyster Card can be used on the public buses, the underground network as well as overground trains and the DLR. The Oyster Card will never expire so it makes a great investment if you plan on coming to London in the future. To find out more about Oyster Travelcard, click here.
When and where can I use the Oyster Card?
The Oyster Card can be used across all buses, tubes, overground trains and the DLR. It can be used any time and any day the public transport networks are running. To find out more about opening times of the London transport network, visit the Transport for London website. You can use your Oyster Card without activating your London Pass - as your pass will only become activated at first use at an attraction.
Is the transport limited to certain hours of the day?
Oyster Cards can be used any time of day, any day of the week the network is running, normally from approximately 05:30am until approximately 12:30am, depending on the service. Please check the Transport for London website for more information about times and line closures before you travel.
Can I use The London Pass from the airport?
If you have your order shipped to you before you travel and you fly into Heathrow Airport then you can use your Oyster Travelcard on the London Underground to travel into central London. The Oyster Travelcard would also cover use on the DLR trains from London City Airport as well. The Travelcard doesn’t cover transport to and from Gatwick Airport, Luton Airport and Stansted Airports.
Can I buy the Pass with transport anywhere?
The London Pass with Travel can only be purchased online in advance.
How do you define a Child London Pass?
Children are aged between 5 and 15 years. Children under 5 years are free. Note: Children under the age of 11 who are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket can travel for free on the London Underground.
What is the £3 admin fee on the Oyster Travelcard package?
The £3 admin charge is a fee added on by Transport for London to cover the cost of producing the Oyster Cards. This is a non-refundable fee that is unavoidably added to every Oyster Travelcard order. It does mean that the card is yours forever as you do not have to return the card after use, or throw it away. Providing the Oyster Card has credit, it can be used at a later date as the card never expires.

How does my Pass work?
The London Pass is simple and easy to use, check out the Guidebook, app or website to choose where you wish to visit. Show the London Pass card at the entrance or ticket office of any attraction included, they will scan the card and give you entrance at no further cost. Show your card and head straight inside - it's as easy as that! The London Pass is valid for a calendar day and is subject to a "purse value"
Is the London Pass valid for repeat visits to the same attraction?
The London Pass is valid for one visit to each attraction only. It is non transferable and can not be used to enter the same attraction more than once, no matter how many consecutive days the pass is valid for.
Are the 2-day, 3-day and 6-day passes for consecutive days?
Yes. For example if you begin using your 3-day Pass on a Tuesday it will be valid for the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of that week. Note: If you start using you London Pass in the evening or late in the day that will count as your first day.
What happens if I change the date of my trip to London?
Your London Pass (as well as your email confirmation voucher if you planned to collect your order in London) is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
What is the "Purse Value"?
Each London Pass is subject to a purse value based on the duration of the Pass. The purse value is a maximum amount you're able to use based on the standard gate price for each attraction. For example; with a 6 day Adult London Pass (Price: £108) you can visit attractions up to the total gate entry cost of £540!Here is a breakdown of the purse value for each Adult London Pass:1 day - £90 | 2 day - £180 | 3 day - £270 | 6 day - £540
What happens if my plans change and I can’t/don’t use The London Pass?
If you have bought your passes online and your plans change so you can’t use your London Pass(es) you can claim on your Money Back Guarantee included in the pass package. You will automatically have been guaranteed against non-use of the card, meaning you will receive a 100% refund on your pass order or be sent new London Passes to use at another date. Who is The London Pass for?
The London Pass has something for everyone including families, business travellers, children, first time visitors, repeat visitors, long haul, short stay, independent, overseas, UK and local residents.
Does The London Pass include any night time activities?
Yes - although the London Pass is predominantly for day time attractions and activities, we have included a number of evening attractions including: Curzon Cinema and several Movie Theatres, Queen's Ice & Bowling and Brass Rubbing
Who is behind The London Pass?
The Leisure Pass Group is the company behind The London Pass. It is a member of: the London Tourist Board (LTB); the British Incoming Tour Operators Association (BITOA) and the Federation of European City Tourist Offices (FECTO).
Private Driver Guided Tours
General
Can I be picked up from a private address?
Yes, when you complete your booking, you can enter any London address from which you want to be collected.
Where will I be dropped off at the end of the day?
You will generally be dropped off at the pick up address, but you can arrange an alternative drop off address with your guide company prior to the tour by replying to your confirmation email or by mentioning it on the day of your tour to your guide.
What kind of car is a large car and what kind is an extra large car?
A large car is suitable for seating up to 4 people, and an extra large car can seat up to 6 or 7 people. Examples of large cars are: Volvo TDI Estate, Lexus 400, Saab 95, Chereokee Jeep, Citroen Picasso. Examples of extra large cars are: Toyota Previa, VW Sharan, Ford Torneo.
Why are entry fees to attractions not included?
Entry fees to attractions are not included because some attractions may be closed on the day of your tour.
What time will my tour start/finish?
Your tour will usually commence at 9:00AM sharp unless you arrange another time with your guide company. The pick up time will be confirmed in your confirmation email. To arrange an alternative pick up time, reply to the confirmation email and request the time you prefer. If you do not have a confirmation email you could contact the company by telephone.
Will we be able to go shopping in Harrods?
It depends on the tour. Ask your guide at the beginning of the tour if you would like to go shopping in Harrods and they may be able to arrange it for you. You may need to drop another item from your tour itinerary to make up for the time spent in Harrods.
Can we choose to go into different attractions instead of the ones stated?
Yes. You can discuss variations to your tour with your guide when they pick you up for the tour. The tours have been specifically designed and optimised for best value for money and to give you the richest experience, but you can also alter the itinerary when you arrive. Your guide can advise you on your options and the viability of alternative itineraries.
Can we choose not to go into any attractions?
Yes. While the tours have been carefully designed to give you the best value for money, you can discuss and agree on different options with your guide.
How do I qualify for a concession?
Concession tickets are available at some attractions for students, senior citizens, unemployed persons and so on. You will need to check with each attraction to see if you qualify
Where will we have lunch? Do we have to buy lunch for the guide?
Your guide will make several suggestions for lunch venue and you can decide on your preference on the day. There is no obligation to have lunch with your guide or to pay for their meal.
What time of the year/days will we be able to see the changing of the guard?
During the summer months the Changing of the Guard takes place at Buckingham Palace every day at about 11:30 a.m. In the winter, it happens on alternate days which vary from month to month. British Tours will be able to advise you if the Changing of the Guard is taking place on the day of your tour or not.
My plans have changed, can I change the date of my tour?
Yes. If your plans change, contact the tour company as soon as possible by replying to your confirmation email and ask them to modify the dates of your tour. In most cases that should not be a problem. If you do not have a confirmation email, you could contact the company by telephone.
Can I start my tour from the airport?
Yes, but tours are optimised to commence in central London to make the most of your day’s sightseeing. London’s airports are a long way from the centre and you will waste a lot of time travelling from the airport. There is usually also be an additional charge for Airport pickup.
How long does it take to get to Cambridge/Oxford/Sailsbury?
It takes approximately an hour and a half to get to either Cambridge or Oxford from London, and approximately two hours to get to Salisbury.

Children
Are the tours suitable for children?
Yes, you can take children on each of the tours. Some tours are more suitable than others, however, and for a families we would recommend the London family tour which has been specifically designed with children in mind. Our guides are also happy to take only children on a tour, so if parents want to do something else for the day, they can send their children off on a kids themed day trip.
I have a baby, is there an extra charge? Is it possible to secure the cot?
Tour prices are calculated per vehicle by tour companies so there is no cost difference if you bring a baby. However, you must let the tour company know in advance because they will need to have the vehicle fitted with a child restraint and verify that the vehicle is big enough for you party. There is an additional charge of around £30 for child restraints
Are car seats provided for children?
Car seats for children can be provided on request. Please contact your tour company in advance if you require this service. There is an additional charge of around £30 for child restraints.
Do children under 2 go free?
Tour prices are calculated per vehicle by tour companies so there is no cost difference, as long as you can all fit legally into the vehicle
What is a family ticket for the Tower of London/Westminster Abbey?
A Family Ticket for the Tower of London is valid for up to 2 adults and 3 children or 1 adult and 4 children. For Westminster Abbey is 2 adults and 2 kids
What age does a child have to be to qualify for child prices?
It depends on the attraction. At the Tower of London a child is defined as 5 to 15 years. At Westminster Abbey, children are defined as 11 to 17 years. Please check with the attraction to make sure.
Booking Terms
Do I need a credit card to book my tour?
Yes. You cannot book a tour without a credit card.
Can I reserve over the phone and pay when I arrive?
You can reserve the booking over the phone, but a valid credit card is required to secure your booking, and payment is always by credit card.
Can I pay by switch?
It depends on the tour company. Choose from the list of accepted card types when you make your secure booking.
What does authorising my transaction involve?
Between 7 and 14 days before the tour, the tour company will place a pre-authorisation transaction on your credit card to make sure the funds are available on your account. No charge is made to your card at this stage, but the amount is reserved until the payment is made. The tour company will charge your credit card two days prior to the start of your tour.

Who can fly?
How many people can go on one helicopter tour?
The helicopter can take a maximum of five paying passengers at any one time.
How can I ensure that I do not have other people on my tour?
If you book for 5 or more passengers then you can be sure that only your group will occupy the aircraft
There are just 2 of us, will we have to share the tour with other people?
Yes, though the aircraft can be chartered as a whole just modify your reservation and make it for five people, then the whole chopper will be yours!
Are there any height/weight restrictions?
There is a weight limit of 280 pounds / 130kg. There are no height restrictions.
Can I fly with my wheelchair? Are there any special arrangements for wheelchair users?
Wheel chair users can be accommodated, but the chair either remains at the take off/landing site or can be stowed in the hold.
Can I take a cot for my baby on board?
No, all passengers must be over 3 years old.
Scheduling and Weather
Will I have a choice about what time I do my tour?
Tours are on a scheduled service from 10am and every half hour thereafter to 5:30pm. The tour company will contact you and arrange a time that suits you after you have established your booking.
How long does it take to get from Victoria to Battersea?
Less than 10 minutes
If it is bad weather will my tour be cancelled?
Generally weather is not a consideration. Tours fly in all but the most extreme weather.
Photographs
Can I take photographs from the Helicopter?
You can take as many photographs as you like, and it is well worthwhile, since the views are spectacular.

Can I take a travel cot on the bus?
Yes, as long as it does not take the seat of a paying customer.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
The buses are unfortunately not accessible by wheelchair, however we can accommodate chairs that can be folded and stored while the customer travels.
Booking and tickets
Can I have my tickets delivered to my hotel?
Unfortunately delivery to your hotel is not possible.
Is there a discount for children/students/OAPs?
There are only two set prices: Adults and Children (aged 5 to 15)
I booked the wrong date by mistake, can I change the tickets to the correct date?
Yes, this can be easily changed and you will receive undated vouchers in the mail. Send an email to customerservice@londontown.com and let us know about your situation.
I am buying the tickets as a gift for someone else and want them to pick up the tickets in London. Is this possible or does it need to be the cardholder?
In the delivery address include the name of the person who will be collecting the tickets.
Routes and pick up points
How do I find the start of the tour?
The bus company will provide you with a map of the tour with your tickets, or will be able to direct you when you collect your tickets.
Are there specific stops or can I just stop anywhere?
Buses have designated stops around the city, which are clearly marked on the tour map and our guides will point them out to you. Drivers are only allowed to stop at these designated points, and buses cannot be flagged down.
How long will I have to wait for a bus/how frequent are the buses?
Depending on the season, there will be a bus at each stop every 15 - 30 minutes. Members of staff at the stops will be able to inform you of when the next bus is due.
What time do the buses start/stop everyday?
November - January: 8.30am until 4.30pm March: 8.30am until 5.00pm April to September: 8.30am until 6:00pm October: 8.30am until 5.00pm
Do the buses run every day of the year?
Buses run every day of the year with the exception of the 25th of December.
What are the 8 recorded languages?
French, German, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Italian, Portuguese, English.
It says there are 3, 2-hour tours. What is the difference in the tours?
The three different tours go to different areas of London. The Red and Blue tours covers all major sites of London, including the Tower of London and St Paul’s Cathedral, and it is on this route that you can catch the River Cruise. The Blue Route in addition goes right round Hyde Park, Harrods, Kensington, Notting Hill and Madame Tussauds. The Green Route is the shortest of the three routes and stays fairly central taking you to the British Museum.
Can I do the whole tour more than once?
Yes, if you have time! Your ticket is valid for 24 hours, that is, from the start time one day, until the same time the following day. Each route lasts about 2 hours and you can hop-on and off as much as you like within the 24 hour validity of your ticket.

What time do the walking tours start?
Royal London Walk - 10.00am The Beatles Walk – 2.00pm Ghost by Gaslight – 4.30pm (All Walking tours are subject to change again for winter)
How long do the walks last?
Each walk lasts around an hour and a half. The Ghost by Gaslight Walk can last longer, but you are allowed to leave the Walks whenever you choose, as long as you inform the guide(s).
Are the walks suitable for children (esp. pub walk)?
All the walks are suitable for children, except the Ghost by Gaslight Pub Walk. Children must be over 16 years old to go on this walk, as guides will be entering pubs and taverns around the city.
River cruise
Where does the river cruise go to/from? How long does it last?
The River Cruise goes between Tower Pier and Westminster/ Waterloo Piers, depending on season. It is a one-way cruise which lasts for around 20-30 minutes.
