"The hotel was well situated " and the rooms "clean, quiet, and comfortable”. Staff "were very friendly and willing to help with any questions", and the "excellent breakfasts" had "plenty of choice both hot and cold.” Complaints were focused almost exclusively on the bathrooms, which "needed some basic repair".

Yes, the receptionist, whose name I do not know - asian lady with tied back dark hair - very lovely and could not have been more helpful with all my little IT problems and the like. Thank you. The hotel is in a great location - the Queen's Larder pub behind a real gem of a pub, and I so wish I had been able to get in to Ciao Bella in Lamb Conduit street for an Italian - it was bursting with customers inside and out inspite of the inclement weather all having a great time. The location for the British Museum is fabulous and my walk in to Soho to enjoy the Chinese New Year - although bitterly cold was only a 10 to 15 minute stroll so ideal.  |

Good location, very friendly staff. Booked a single
room but upgraded for free and offered a quiet room
away from the road. Added breakfast to booking upon
check-in which was good quality and lots of variety.
Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. |
