Excellent service, food and design but checkout procedure was far too long Wednesday 11/01, 8:30am. Only 2 persons working at the front desk while 10 people were queuing. ![]() |

It would be helpful if the hotel could provide a shoe cleaning service rather than just shoe polish in the mini bar area of the room at Ł4.50 per tube! ![]() |

We had a wonderful time in London. The Mint Hotel was perfect for What we wanted. The service was first class, Even to the extent that the person I was with left a couple of garments behind we contacted the hotel and they said they would send them to her. We Havent received them yet but we are hopeful.
