Very friendly staff but the hotel is in the course of
renovation. The plumbing was very old, the lights
didn't work properly in the room and neither did the
TV. I will only return after the work is completed as
the people were professional and the hotel is well
situated near Oxford Circus.  |

Just to say thankyou for a fantastic time at the hotel. It was comfy and the Staff were welcoming. The only downside was that no meals could be taken there due to rennovations, but as it was so central it was not a huge problem. Thankyou again
