The views from the 23rd-floor Asian fusion restaurant are truly extraordinary, and Londoners dine here even when they're not staying. Walking distance from Oxford Street, Hyde Park and Paddington Station, the Hilton also has excellent connections to Heathrow airport.

Offering a "good range" of facilities, including a well-received swimming pool ("ideal with children"), and a "relaxed ambience", the Hilton Metropole provided, in general, a "good standard" of accommodation. While the "massive buffet breakfasts" went down well, the "long queues" some experienced proved harder to swallow. A central location "not far from Marble Arch" and "loads of check-in desks" which meant "no hanging around" added to the hotel's list of positive points.

The room I was given was very outdated and the mattress was very uncomfortable - I could feel the actual springs of the bed.

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel and the staff were helpful....the only thing that I think needs attension is your bathroom, it needs painting and replace the cracked floor tile.
