I loved the comfort of the room, the colours and the
spaciousness, but found it inconvenient not to have a
separate closet with a door, and a safe. Also, the
breakfast had limited options for a vegan. Otherwise,
nice atmosphere and wonderful staff.  |

Overall was ok but advertised tv system did not work.
When this was pointed out at check out I was not charged.
Location was noisy, sirens going all the time, double glazing did not cope. |

The rooms were really nice, the breakfast was excellent. It was misleading regarding the use of the internet and the tube stop was a little scary. Although there were places to eat, the area is really designed for young people. The price was excellent for what you get. |

The room was well equipped, spotlessly clean and better than many more expensive hotels. TUnfortunately the hotel is let down by a dingy and uncomfortable "lounge" area and a very poor bar. There are no full time bar staff, so if you want a drink you have to wait until there is someone available from reception. A glass of awful red wine costs £6-50 and, if you want something to eat, the menu is very limited. In my case several of the items on the menu were not available anyway.
If you are happy to go out for food and drink the hotel is worth staying at. Otherwise, find somewhere else. |
