The Jury's Inn Heathrow "met the needs" of most of its guests very well. Despite its “location close to the airport” and, in particular, Terminal 4, rooms were "nice and quiet". The hotel itself was found to be "lovely from lobby to bedroom","spotless", “new, clean and modern" and charged at a "very reasonable price.” While staff were found to be, in general, "polite and helpful” the transport links to and from the airport were found to be "a bit difficult", in particular the regularity of the buses.
