While not located in the heart of the city, most guests found the location of the Jury's Inn Islington "brilliant for touring around London" with a “good local bus service” and "convenient" proximity to the Business Design Centre and Angel Tube station. In general favourable remarks were made concerning the helpfulness of the staff who were, on the whole, "very helpful, greeted you cheerily and had a smile each time you came to reception" - “The first evening we asked directions to the theatre and the receptionist not only directed us but also printed us a detailed map which proved very helpful”. Rooms were "clean and “quiet" although some found them a "little small" while others seemed to suffer from an "element of noise". Overall consensus was that the hotel "served its purpose well".
