The hotel was really comfortable, modern and friendly. We ate in the restaurant for breakfsat, lunch and evening meal and found the quality of the food to be excellent. The only bad experience was on checking in, the receptionist was rather unhelpful and rude and was pushing us to upgrade our room for an extra Ł50 to be able to check in a few minutes early. This wasn't however a reflection of any of the other staff we came into contact with. Unfortunately we cannot comment on the spa as we didn't get the opportunity to use it. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel and would return again. |
