Though “some of the [rooms] need modernizations” or “a lick of paint”, others enjoyed the “beautiful old-fashioned décor”. There were complaints about the lack of storage space (“Why do you need to have an ironing board in your cupboard if you don't even have the space to hang your jacket.”), but most found their rooms to be “functional and comfortable at the right price.” “The concierges were fabulous”, “the friendly faces at reception and the relaxing atmosphere of the bar” were much appreciated, and everything was “so well attended to."

and to be charged £37.50 for between
12 - 24 hrs for a car park which was
dirty and where there was no room for
manourve is cheating the public as one
would expect better from this brand

Service wasw excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. brakfast was good quality and fresh and room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
