Close to the retail hotspots of Knightsbridge and Sloane Square and well known attractions like Kensington Palace, Hyde Park and Earls Court Exhibition Centre, the NH Kensington is perfectly pleasant and practical with a peaceful backyard garden.

The service of the staff is very good, but they
have a problem with the standard of the
Bathrooms, in particular the showers of all the
rooms I and my associates stayed in i.e. mould
within the Bath/showers, non draining plugs,
difficult to turn shower taps. I think the room
price is too excessive for the rating.  |

Just maybe some thought should be given to those
visiting with young children, a welcome pack, or at
least have cbbc or citv available. Also for the size of
the room the tv was rather small. Otherwise great
location and good hotel. |

We had a pleasant stay, the room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable and we had lots of pillows! The reception staff was very kind and helpful too. I was only a little disappointed by the lack of bathroom/toilet amenities, just a soap, a shower gel and a shampoo. What about a shower cap and a tooth brush? After all, this is a 4 star hotel, isn't it? |
