The location of the Park Plaza Victoria “so close to Victoria Station” makes “access to Gatwick Express, trains, the tube, and taxis very easy”. One guest mentioned, “at night you could often hear traffic and sirens” but acknowledged, “this is the price you pay for the location.” It’s also an, “excellent location for sightseeing” being “walking distance to Parliament, Buckingham Palace… and two theatres (Billy Elliot and Wicked)”. “The lobby/lounge area is impressive” and “nice size room for London” include a “perfect bathroom” with “wonderful big bath!”

Although we only stayed one night, the hotel was
amazing! The staff at the front desk were very
helpful at all hours of the day/night. Room
service is 24 hours, including food, which is
great because after midnight we couldn't find
anywhere local that was open. The rooms were
spacious and the bathroom was huge! It's
literally a 3 minute walk from Victoria Station,
very close to restaurants such as Prezzo, Pizza
Express, Bella Italia and ideal if you are going to
the Theatre, which is also right round the corner.

Friendly and efficient check in. Room was good.
Executive lounge was a nice quiet place with good
extras. The bar late in the evening was busy and
service here was a bit slow. breakfast was good.
