“The hotel was well decorated”, “lovely” and “clean”, the location was perfect for shoppers “just five minutes from Oxford Circus” and the “kind and professional people” gave “incredible” service. The one persistent complaint was that the rooms were a bit “London-sized”, or, to put it rather more dramatically, “I opened the door and there was the bed. I felt like I had left a lovely hotel and walked into a tiny room in a Blackpool B&B”.

The room was cold and soon warm up with heating but the heater was quite noisy. Otherwise lovely decor and amenities for a single room and breakfast top quality for london standard. |

The single room was tiny, my bed was at the door, as a
result I was disrupted several times during the night.
For the price paid I didn't think the room was good
value, even by London standards. I would not book a

Very nice hotel, excellent location -comfortable rooms -welcoming staff at reception.minor quibble at breakfast with not enough staff so that hot buffet run out of food ,glasses for juice etc-apart from that -really enjoyable stay |

You could hear the people next door peeing and flushing the toilet, The room wasnt available on our arrival, receptionist said it would be 3pm, our paperwork said 2pm. The plug holes in the bathroom smelt of dirty drains, although we have stayed here on several occassions this was the last time. very disappointed |
