We foind the location great to visit the albert hall hyde
park london eye and shopping in knightsbrigde area.
The hotel was excellant for rooms and staff help this
was very helpful to me been a wheelchair user.i would
have no problems in using the hotel again. |

I enjoyed my stay very much. However, in my room on the seventh floor the wifi signal was terrible to non-existent. In this day and age free, high quality, internet service should be something to be taken for granted. Room for improvement, especially in a 4 star establishment. |

One of the 2 rooms booked not ready (check in around 4 pm).
Tried to allocate city when park view was booked.
Paper thin walls
