London landmark Sea Containers House, situated between the OXO Tower and Blackfriars Bridge on the South Bank, was transformed into the Mondrian London in 2014 before reopening as the Sea Containers London in 2019. Many of the 359 guest rooms and suites offer stunning river and city views, there's a riverside restaurant and the Dandelyan bar looks across the Thames to St Paul's. The hotel has been designed by Design Research Studio under the creative direction of Tom Dixon who took the Golden Age of transatlantic ship travel as a departure point and ocean liner cabins as his inspiration evident in the copper-clad lobby, curved like a ship's hull.

Disappointing that we could not use the bar on Saturday evening - as part had been booked for a private party and other seats were reserved !
The only available table was under a very loud speaker making it impossible to hold a conversation and they would not turn the volume down. |

All in all we were very happy with the Hotel. Nice River
vier room and wonderful Cocktail Bar and Restaurant
downstairs-
The only Problem was the breakfast. We didnt had it
included in our booking- so we ordered room Service.
The Continental breakfast came only with Toast and
the ordered bacon also was forgotton.
plus we asked for late Check out and got it approbier.
But our keys were not working anymore After 12.
