Lovely room, great view, convenient location, good breakfast choice, helpful staff, comfy feather pillows.
However, noisy fan heater and very hard bed. Both disturbed our sleep.

Room was 1st floor and windows locked for "security".
We were not happy with this and went to reception to
question " lack of fresh air".our room was changed the
same day go one on 2 nd floor ....where windows did
open a little .....so well done the hotel !! |

I find your email updates very useful & updates about particular events happening in London across the weekend we were there (including the Sherlock Holmes exhibition) helped us plan a great trip. The Royal Horseguards proved to be a beautiful venue and nothing was too much trouble for the staff - a fantastic stay! |
