Guests were full of praise for the “great buffet style breakfast”, which one even described as “the best buffet breakfast I have ever had.” Staff were "friendly, welcoming and polite”, with particular praise reserved for the “fantastic support from the Head Concierge” and everyone enjoyed the fact that “in the heart of Piccadilly, everywhere was easily accessible”. Most of the complaints were about the décor and the bathrooms which were “tired”, “dated”, “could do with an update” and even occasionally “grimy”.

Excellent helpful service. Very friendly but not
"pushy" staff. This was my first stay at the Thistle
Piccadilly Hotel. I will definitely use this Hotel again

We struggled to find you on Coventry Street only to
find the entrance is actually off Coventry Street.
Clearer directions would have been useful. Top
