A “flawless”, “fabulous”, “fantastic” hotel in a “perfect location” whose “rooms are all decorated and furnished to a high standard” - “the bed was massive” and the decor “very modern and minimal looking, but not at all cold”. “The staff were very friendly and helpful”, “service was impeccable” and “the food was good and the prices were reasonable”. “The bar on the ground floor is a great place to while away the hours” and overall, most guests had “no complaints at all”.

Great location. Nice clean hotel. Helpful staff. Expensive breakfast but that is to be expected at hotels. Wireless allows only one device accessing the internet at any given time.  |

Included in the room rate were some snacks in the room which is unusual. Normally we would just expect tea coffee and maybe a biscuit or two. However here there was a box of Pringles crisps and a packet of jelly beans. Small touches but made all the difference. The complimentary toiletries were fabulous, plenty for both myself and my partner. We loved also the fact that the TV sound was piped into the bathroom, so even when we were in there we could still enjoy the music or programmes. Lovely large TV with excellent Bose surround sound system, just like being at the cinema ! All together an excellent hotel and facilities. |
