Light meals are served all day in the drawing room, and you can get drinks from the bar 24 hours a day. There is also an airy breakfast room, complimentary WiFi internet access and air-conditioning throughout. Good quality toiletries, scented candles and bathrobes are nice touches.

We stayed in room 503 - very cosy and quiet. The whole Hotel was spotless and staff warm and welcoming. Excellent service at breakfast. Excellent Hotel.  |

The most welcomed we have felt in over ten trips to
London. The staff made us feel like family. Wonderful
location, well appointed rooms. Maid service so
efficient that it almost appeared like there was a new
glass shower door each day. Lovely breakfast
selection. |

This was a wonderful hotel from check-in to departure.
The location is great..just steps from Glouster rd tube
stop on Piccadilly, Circle and District lines. Even
walking distance to Harrods..a bit of a walk but doable.
Only ONE negative..their Internet service is
maddening. Seemed to work when it felt like. If that is
not a problem, if like elegant historical well kept
friendly hotel..come ahead. Oh, for London, quite
reasonable and includes a very nice breakfast.

I spent some time researching a hotel close to Earl's Court Exhibition Centre, and I was particularly looking for quiet, comfort and ease from Heathrow as I was in London on a 2-day business trip from the US. My room was very quiet on the 4th floor, no noise at all, comfortable, nicely furnished, quite spacious, breakfast and wifi were included and the staff were all very friendly and helpful! It was well worth the time I put into finding it! |
