"The hotel was well situated " and the rooms "clean, quiet, and comfortable”. Staff "were very friendly and willing to help with any questions", and the "excellent breakfasts" had "plenty of choice both hot and cold.” Complaints were focused almost exclusively on the bathrooms, which "needed some basic repair".

Unfortunatly are room smelt of wet paint room 311,
but was a warm not and had the window open so was
not a problem. Overall are stay was great and
reception staff were very friendly and helpful |

The reception staff were absent for over 20 minutes upon checkin. Nobody was around to assist and I was stood waiting for that time till someone arrived. The room was incredibly pokey and couldnt really fit the twin beds it accomodated. |
