Great Hotel perfectly placed, wonderful staff very
helpful and polite, small issues like no water in the
room, and when you ordered a drink at the bar, if
you didn't have cash to pay, you had to keep going to
reception to pay . instead of being able to put the
drinks on your room, and then settling the bill when
you check out. other wise a really lovely stay.  |

Al the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Loved the bar/lounge, wonderful location, quiet, beautiful, imaginatively furnished small single room. Liked having a fan and not air conditioning. |

Our view of the Grange Rochester Hotel during our visit this last weekend is simply - what an excellent find, right in the heart of London. We have and will continue to recommend it to family and friends. We are stewards at the London Marathon and will be booking in there again for next years event. |
