“Only a few blocks to Piccadilly Tube”, “across street from Fortnum and Mason” and “close to many attractions” guests told us this “beautiful hotel” with a “bright, appealing foyer” is “very handy for [our] day trips”; from here it’s “easy walk to many key areas, yet away from noise and congestion”. Rooms were described as “lovely and comfortable” and the “bathroom was heaven!” Select suites on the upper floors offer a “magnificent view” of “London Eye and Big Ben”. Slight gripes included the high “bar prices” and “limited selection on dinner menu” though one visitor thought the “restaurant was amazing”.

We stayred in a standard double room which was very comfortable and quiet for our one night in London.
Food very good - dinner and breakfast.
Staff were excellent and very attentive. We would definately stay agai n and recommend this Hotel. Ideal for theatres.  |

All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was
very clean and nicely furnished, if a little small but was
fine for 1 night and the bed was very comfy. Loved the
Bose docking station! Only slight disappointment was
the shower, whilst beautifully presented the power of
the shower left a little to be desired, but only a small
criticism! Very good location and will definitely return! |

It's a lovely hotel with helpful, friendly staff, well located. My only complaint, and it's significant, is the annoying and expensive way to obtain wireless. My life today depends on ipad, iphone and laptop...it's quite annoying to have to use codes in the common areas and pay so much. All things equal, or close, i would choose a hotel with better wireless policies. Thanks. |
