“The location of the hotel really appealed” to guests: “All the major tourist sites were within easy reach either by a short Tube journey or by walking. We visited London to go to the theatre and we couldn't have been better situated.” “Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable”, though the lack of a late checkout was considered a nuisance.
