A fantastic nineteenth century exterior hides a thoroughly modern hotel, with clean, minimalist design in the rooms. The biggest draw is the location, in the very heart of the West End, within walking distance of many of London's biggest attractions and best bars, shops and restaurants. Though it is short of flashy extras, this is a good choice if you want a mid-price hotel at the heart of the Capital.

I currently have reduced mobility and asked for a walk
in shower at check in, I was then allocated to a
wheelchair accessible room, which suited me perfectly.
My only comment is that this room is on the 7th floor
and I wondered how I would get out in the event of a
fire.....there was no information in the room except to
use the stairs not the lift.....this would have taken me
a long time and been very difficult.  |

The hotel was excellently placed, very efficient service, very clean and good standard. Great wifi. Free chilled filtered water. Only a problem with creaking pipes in the ceiling of my room kept me awake all night and a small party in the hallway at 3am which the hotel can hardly be blamed for.
Overall, I'd stay there again, just not in that same room if I wanted any sleep. |

We would recommend Club Quarters over other more
expensive hotels around Theatre Land in London. The
hotel is clean, friendly, comfortable and so convenient for
the west end. The room was pleasantly spacious. We will
be using Club Quarters again, and again! |

A safe in the room would have been appreciated. I
was offered a safe place at reception but a
personnal safe for valuables in the room would have
been prefered. An excellent hotel in all aspects. |
