The staff were friendly and the hotel was lush. The
only disappointment was the lack of channels
available on the tv. Also the channels that were
available - many of them were repeated.  |

Yes, I would recommend this hotel to a friend if they
have work in this area and wish to travel on the red
line. It's very well located in terms of it's proximity to
the tube. However, it would have been better to have
wifi access in the room as well since had paid to be
upgraded. |

Staff were very helpful, room was clean and comfortable although would be nice to have complimentary bottles of water in the room, especially as it is a 4* hotel. On the whole very enjoyable stay. |
