This is my second stay at the Crown Plaza Ealing. I requested a twin room because there were two of us on this visit however, there was one dressing gown, one shower sponge. I called housekeeping to request a second gown and I was not sure if the woman who answered understood me and therefore not surprised when nothing happened. I called the front desk who dealt with my request immediately. I would certainly come again and have recommended the hotel to friends. A clearer entrance sign (at the front) to the car park would be welcome. Generally the staff were helpful and very approachable. |
