A lovely place to stay -very welcoming staff and comfortable room.-loved the wee touch of "SleepSpray" for the pillow :) enjoyed the pianist in the reception area in the evening too-very relaxing. |

We booked the crownplaza after an extensive search of hotels in London we requested adjoining rooms which we were given although the hotel is large all rooms were easly found they were clean and well appointed the double room had a balcony overlooking the courtyard which was a nice addition. we used roon service the food was very good. Breakfast was also very good and the staff were frendly and efficient in allparts of the hotel. I was very pleased with our stay in all parts of the hotel and would certainly recommend it . The only thing that was a little dissapointing was the breakfast room is obviously not big enough for the amount of customers and it is a little annoying when you have to wait in line for a table |

I would like to say thank you very much to the kitchen staff who kindly organised for us a breakfast box of items that we could take away with us on our day tour to Paris. As we were leaving early we couldn't make breakfast in the restaurant so we were supplied with enough goodies to see us through on the train which was very welcomed.
