This is a reasonably priced place to stay considering it's not far from the Lancaster Gate end of Hyde Park and is also just three streets away from Paddington where the Heathrow Express comes in. Among the cluster of hotels on the busy Sussex Gardens road this hotel stands out because of its clean, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast.

Plus points of this “cheap hotel” close to Paddington start with the “location and ease of finding from the tube” with “Hyde Park at your door (almost)”. “The breakfast and dining room get the 5 stars” with “European breakfast included in the price” highlighted as “exceptional”. Rooms are mostly a “good size” and there’s a “very nice modern triple room…spacious for three”. Small gripes were largely concerning the windows which, when left open, “allowed for some road noise but that goes with the territory”.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was perfect. The only only things that let the hotel down were that the towels in my room (402) smelt musty rather than fresh and the breakfast orange juice was so watered down it really was coloured water with fruit segments in it. Both issues can be easily rectified  |

very kind and helpful all of them especially

The reviews i looked at said it was clean, and it certainly was clean. Brilliant service and very friendly, helpful staff too. Would definately stay there again and wouldn't even bother looking around to stay anywhere else. Couldn't fault anything, was excellent!! Ideal location too |
