The only slightly negative comment is about the standard of english of some of your staff. They were very nice and helpful but I found it difficult to understand them and this meant I felt unable to ask for further help (ie finding the bar! or ask further information about the surrounding area)  |

The hotel was lovely, but when we arrived back after a lovely night out the handle fell of the bathroom door and my friend was trapped for over an hour unlucky i no but compensation would have been nice but nothing offered .my family said i should have complained . |
