Liked the hotel and location. Got a great price thru London Town. Only downer was being put up next to the lifts; there are three of them. Not the quietest of locations and bathroom sink didn't drain very well. |

The toilet in the room had been used and not flushed and there was rubbish in the bin. We moved rooms only for the key not to work and had to queue at reception in a long line of guests to gain entry to the room wasting approximately 30 minutes of our New Years Eve
