We were placed in a standard room right by the noisy liftshaft. we complained and were immediately upgraded to an executive room elsewhere. Very happy. |

Check in and check out was quick and efficient. The
staff were helpful and smiled which after a long day
is a great way to help you unwind. The concierge
was spot on with tips for a night out even providing a
little map. Enjoyed my stay. |

The hotel and location was excellent.
When I arrived and went to check in I was so
disappointed with how rude, unhelpful the resversation
girl was.
It was my girlfriends birthday so I wanted her to enjoy
her stay but she realised that something was wrong.
The stay and experience was great from all other
members of staff, but I would not want any client,
customer to feel like how she made me feel.

The hotel was fantastic and I look forward to staying there again. Every aspect was perfection, including exceptional service. I will however, not be using their restaurant -Isis -again as the service was shocking, the food only fair and seriously over-priced. Following a wonderful experience in the hotel, our experience was dampened by this disappointing aspect. |
