The hotel location is quite close to the Great Portland tube station. There were a variety of restaurants close by. The hotel rooms are very small, but have modern bathrooms with an iron and tea/coffee makers in the rooms. The staff was not particularly knowledgeable with the front desk staff turning most questions over to the concierge who had to go to the Internet for answers. But they did accommodate our request to store our luggage for a few hours after checking out. I would recommend this hotel to a friend, but with the caveat that the rooms are very small. |
