“The beds were sooo comfortable we didn't want to get out of them” and the “breakfast was really good”. Several guests also mentioned the impressive “ambience”. There were several complaints about building works, but these problems should have been resolved by now. More worrying was the attitude of the staff to complaints, which ranged from “not very friendly” to “reduced my friend to tears”. Some guests were also inconvenienced by the “walking distance from the preferred Tube station”.

LondonTown site made it very easy for me to reserve a good accomodation in London. Thank you. On the other hand, hotel staff was both friendly and helpful. They helped me and my wife with shopping trips and getting good deals on a sport event. As for the room, I expected more quality and maintenance from a Hilton brand. Overall, stay was comfortable.  |

I wouldtn recommend to a feriend.
My stay was fine - but fine is not good enough for the price that I paid for two nights in this hotel.
I specifically asked for a smoking room - there was some confusion over this. I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time before being allocated a smoking room. (5hrs+)
The food and drinks in the bar in the lobby were massively overpriced. £11 for two coffees. Also the bar food was very poor quality service was very slow.
However , the hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely. very friendly and helpful. the location is very good. |

We had the best time we've ever had in London. I personally think this was a lot to do with the Hilton Kensington. Peaceful, good location, friendly staff an generally a quality hotel.
