This large modern Hilton hotel right on the Edgware Road has two restaurants, two bars and a coffee shop, health club, hairdressers, swimming pool and spacious rooms. The views from the 23rd-floor Asian fusion restaurant are truly extraordinary, and Londoners dine here even when they're not staying. Walking distance from Oxford Street, Hyde Park and Paddington Station, the Hilton also has excellent connections to Heathrow airport.
Please Note: The LivingWell Health Club will be closed from 14th-28th March 2011 due to an upgrade of the health and fitness facilities.

Offering a "good range" of facilities, including a well-received swimming pool ("ideal with children"), and a "relaxed ambience", the Hilton Metropole provided, in general, a "good standard" of accommodation. While the "massive buffet breakfasts" went down well, the "long queues" some experienced proved harder to swallow. A central location "not far from Marble Arch" and "loads of check-in desks" which meant "no hanging around" added to the hotel's list of positive points.

Had a great stay at the Hilton, The staff were as expected fantastic, nothing was to much trouble. The room was clean and we were lucky enough to get a great view. Breakfast was excellent. Location was also superb, minutes away from the tube, (Bakerloo Line) So everything was in really easy reach. Swimming pool and leisure facilites were really nice. Will definately stay again. |

Swimming pool small and was so full of chlorine that
you couldnt see your feet when standing in the
water! Ladies changing room was cramped and
there were over 50 used towels dumped on benches
and on floor. I wouldnt use those facilities again but
everything else was good. |
