We found everything to be fine, as usual-since this was
our third stay at your hotel. Maybe the variety of the
breakfast offer could be increased a bit...we remember
that years ago the choice included salmon, kippers,
different cheeses and hams; now these were no longer
available.  |

The check in manager was rude to the staff member
who checked me in, didn't want to speak to me and left
me waiting for 15 mins. She then was all nice and
polite as if nothing had happened.
Great views from the tower, beds a bit uncomfortable
though v hard. Overall experience good but expensive
especially coming from Euros! |

In general, my experience with Hilton in London and
even Hilton London Metropole has been excellent.
However, this time, my room was very dirty (dusty) and
my son and my wife developed breathing issues due to
dirty room and had a sleepless night. I think the hotel at
least needs to hoover their carpets for visible dust (if not
do more for hygiene in the room). Thanks. |
