“I will always remember how the staff made our stay so enjoy able” said one guest after staying at the Hilton in Tower Bridge. The staff were universally praised as “helpful and very pleasant”, “friendly” and “efficient yet unpretentious”. There were also accolades for the “whole hotel” which is “very modern in design” with “excellent food” in the restaurant and “well situated for all London has to offer”. All of this left guests saying “I cannot recommend this establishment more highly. One to return to.” One guest was so enamoured they told us, “I even asked my partner to marry me over dinner”.

The Hotel was very nice. Room was very clean and tidy. Idea position for The Shard, HMS Belfast and Tower Bridge. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was spot on, plenty of choice and top quality ingredients. Highly recommend this hotel. |

Reception by all staff was excellent. Our room was ready and we permittd to book in early. Our room was great - very clean and tidy with a great comfy bed.
Bill pushed under door with an added £1. It stated it was for a donation to a Hilton charity but there was no information provided about this in the room. |
