“As soon as you step into this hotel you get the ‘holiday feeling’” wrote one relaxed and happy guest. “With the reception being in the bar it gives the hotel a much more relaxed feeling.” This appreciation was repeated by several guests who “thought the place was lovely and greatly enjoyed my stay”. The “lively bar in evenings” was singled out for praise and described as “very vibrant and very well designed. The décor is also very pleasing on the eye”. However, there is “no formal restaurant” and the “main restaurant… offered pretty much the same food” as the bar. In summary, this is “a great hotel in a wonderful position” where “the staff were courteous and helpful”.

The staff was very friendly and useful but there was a lot of noise in the room from the corridor and from the street from 6.00 a.m - I suggest to better isolate the rooms  |

Fantastic location for Theatres and Covent Garden area. The staff were very polite and accomodating and the quality and selection of breakfast was very good. The room was nicely furnished, shame about the main curtain being detached from the rail in places, that's maybe picky but for anything more than a 1 night stay I would have mentioned it to the staff to sort it, it was a deluxe room after all! but I wouldn't let that put you off staying here. |

Not too sure that the Breakfast seating plan works
particularly well as you can end up more or less sitting
with another couple for breakfast. a little more distance
between tables would be better! |
