Book carefully with this hotel - there are three Holiday Inns in Heathrow and this one gets our vote. If you accidentally book the wrong one, you'll miss two great restaurants, excellent connections to London, a playroom for the kiddies, an Irish bar and an in-hotel airline check-in desk, to minimise the amount of time you spend in the airport. A hotel shuttle service is available to and from the hotel at approximately £4.50 each way. Time restrictions apply.

We found the staff courteous and helpful. We had a wake-up call very early and thinking the system was mechanical, we picked up the ringing phone and put it back, without speaking, on the receiver. An employee personally came to our room to ensure that we were indeed awake. Thank you, the Frasers  |

The hotel served our needs very well. It was in a good location with getting to LHR and the tube.
BUT we were not pleased with the exorbitant cost of the breakfast. We only eat a continental style breakfast and had to pay for all the extras that we don't eat. It would be nice to have the option of a smaller breakfast for a smaller price. Also, it would be nice to have free internet like most of the hotels in the US!! |
